# Refund Policy

# Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from **Nimbus Data Labs LLC**. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

## 1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

* The request is submitted within **7 days** of the purchase date; and
* You provide proof of purchase (for example: receipt, invoice, or order number); and
* The product or service meets the refund conditions below.

Refunds are **not** available for:

* Products or services marked as non-refundable at checkout;
* Customized or personalized services already delivered;
* Misuse, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.

## 2. Digital Products and Subscriptions

For digital products, refunds may be granted if:

* You were charged in error; or
* You experienced a technical issue that we could not resolve.

For subscriptions:

* You may cancel anytime.
* Cancellation stops future billing.
* **No prorated refunds for partial billing periods.**

## 3. Physical Products (if applicable)

To qualify for a refund on physical items:

* Item must be returned within **7 days** of delivery;
* Item must be unused and in original packaging;
* Return shipping is paid by **the customer**, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

## 5. Refund Processing

* Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
* Processing time is typically **5–10 business days**, depending on your payment provider.

If denied, we will explain the reason.

## 6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

## 7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Changes become effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
